Terms & Conditions
Booking fee:
A non refundable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.
Non shows:
In the case of a missed appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment cost. Failure to do so will result in future appointments being cancelled and deposits being lost.
Late cancellations:
I understand emergencies happen, if you need to cancel your appointment, then at least 48 hours notice needs to be given. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the appointment to be paid.
Moving appointments:
If you want to move your appointments, you need to give at least 48 hours notice to do so, failure to do this will result in 50% of the appointment to be paid.
Lateness:
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late this will be classed as a no show and you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost. If you know your going to be late due to unforseen circumstances, let me know ASAP so we can try and resolve it
Early:
If you arrive early, please wait in your car, message me and I will let you know if you can come in early, if I do not reply I'm with a client. As I have a separate entrance, please do not ring the house doorbell.
No refunds:
I don't offer refunds, however if you are unhappy with your treatment please contact me within 48 hours so I can try to resolve the issue.
Amendments:
If you come to your appointment and decide you no longer want part of your treatment done, you will still be charged as that time has been booked out for you.
Nail repairs:
If you require a repair within the first 48 hours that will be repaired for free any time after this will be £6 per nail.
You have to let me know ASAP I will not repair for free something that happened in the first 48hours if you let me know a week later.
Client Responsibilities
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
No services for clients under 16 years old.
Please arrive on your own to your appointment unless discussed with me.
